Using SiteForge services
SiteForge services are provided according to the agreed scope, quotation or service description. The client is responsible for supplying accurate information, suitable materials and approvals needed to complete the work.
Websites and content
The client remains responsible for the accuracy, ownership and lawful use of supplied text, images, branding, products and other material. We may request clarification where content, access or instructions are incomplete.
Hosting and maintenance
Hosting, backups, updates, monitoring and support depend on the plan or scope agreed for the website. No technical service can guarantee that an external provider, network or third-party plugin will never fail.
Payments and changes
Prices, payment dates, renewal arrangements and change requests are handled according to the relevant quote or service agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new estimate.
Security and access
Clients must keep account details secure and should not share passwords through public forms. SiteForge may pause work or request safer access where the available credentials or environment create an avoidable security risk.
Applicable law
The final legal wording should be checked against the current business structure, service agreements and applicable Irish and European requirements before publication.
